At least 10 FBI employees who worked on former Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into President Trump's retention of classified records were fired Wednesday, multiple sources said.

The FBI says an 8-year-old girl whose body was found on tribal lands in northern Arizona last month after she was reported missing was likely struck by a passing vehicle.

Jack Smith led a now-dropped investigation into Trump allegedly mishandling classified documents that were found at Mar-a-Lago.

The sentence is the latest in a prolonged crackdown on public corruption in Metro Detroit that has led to more than 130 convictions.

The announcement followed news reports saying that records released by the Justice Department did not include several summaries of interviews with a woman who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by both Trump and Epstein.

Federal authorities raided the home and office of Los Angeles Unified School District Supt. Alberto Carvalho in what appears to be a probe related to a company that developed an AI chatbot for the school system.

The Epstein files address a long-running side plot of Jeffrey Epstein's 2019 death while in jail on sex-trafficking charges.

Police were called to the home for reports of "suspicious circumstances" by the property's landlord. They later handed the investigation over to FBI officials, who have been at the home since Monday.
